Shipping Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver Island-wide.

Cash on delivery (COD)

• The maximum order value for a COD payment is LKR 20,000.
• We accept only cash at the time of delivery. We would recommend keeping exact change ready for the delivery executive when you receive the order.
• Gift Cards/vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders.
• Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Sri Lankan Rupees accepted.

Orders will be packed and dispatched based on the availability of the items. In case a product is not available our representative will contact you to get confirmation to proceed further.

Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 1kg – Rs.75.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be delivered to the location provided by you within 5 working days.

Orders placed during public Holidays / Weekends will be process on the next working day. You will be contacted by our delivery team prior to delivery.

Delivery will be made only to the address stated on the order.

If you wish to change it due to unavoidable circumstances a written request must be made to online@coolplanet.lk

Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we'll always try our best to minimize this.

Our courier partner will be contacting you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time and value if it is a Cash on Delivery. Somehow after 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from dispatch date, your parcel will be returned to us. However, we will be rescheduling the delivery of your order as long as it is pre-paid. If it is a COD order we will redeliver if a bank transfer for the payment due is made. 

CHANGES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

We do not allow change of products at the time of delivery. However, You may change an order before the order is dispatched. if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery by visiting any Cool Planet store provided the product is in its original condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may only cancel an order before the order is dispatched.
